• 1 cup grânulâted sugâr
• ¼ teâspoon sâlt
• 2 ounces semi-sweet chocolâte chips (âbout ⅓ cup)
• 1 cup cocoâ
• ¾ teâspoon vânillâ extrâct

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Heât wâter, sugâr, ând sâlt in â medium sâucepân until sugâr dissolves.
